Help choose Canada’s next Rising Stars in Global Health!

2011-03-31

Watch Canadian innovators explain their Bold Ideas for solving global health challenges and rate your favorite videos:

Canadian Rising Stars Program

The videos were submitted as part of the applications for the Canadian Rising Stars in Global Health Program. This program aims to tap into the creativity, knowledge and skills of emerging Canadian innovators to solve some of the most persistent health challenges in the developing world through scientific, business, and social innovation. We call this approach Integrated Innovation. For more information, please visit the Funding page of the website.

Get Engaged

The rating is separate to the peer review process but is a key element in engaging the public and increasing awareness in the grand challenges facing global health today. We encourage voters in particular to look for the integration of scientific, social, and business solutions that are likely to have a significant impact in global health. View and share your favourite video submissions and help increase public knowledge and involvement in global health’s grand challenges.

Social Media

You can tweet your thoughts and favorite videos on Twitter @gchallenges.

Videos will be available until April 29, 2011.
