September NGDI Symposium Speaker Additions

The NGDI is pleased to announce the addition of Dr. Denis Martin and Dr. Richard Kohl to the speaker lineup in September. Also our new Keynote speaker will be Dr. Nigel Fisher.

Dr. Martin is a Senior Project Manager, Drugs for Neglected Diseases Initiative, Geneva. Dr. Martin joined DNDi in September 2006 as a senior project manager focusing on discovery and preclinical stage projects. His colleague, Dr. Rachel Kidell-Monroe will also be speaking.

Dr. Richard Kohl is a Technical Director at Management Systems International focusing on the firm’s Scaling Up practice area. He has over 15 years experience in economic policy reform, governance and implementing policy change.

Dr. Thomas Kanyok of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation has notified us that he will be unable to attend the Symposium this year and Dr. Nigel Fisher, President & CEO of Unicef Canada has graciously stepped in to be our new Keynote Speaker.
